Boats Niagara

I had Boats Niagara shrink-wrap two boats for me — one 40 ft and one 25 ft — and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, on time, and very detail-oriented. The shrink-wrap was done cleanly, tight, and properly vented, with no shortcuts taken. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. Pricing was fair, communication was easy, and the whole process was smooth. I’ll definitely be using Boats Niagara again and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking to protect their boat properly for the season.

David and the team at Boats Niagara are extremely responsive and care for the customer. I had an issue (not their fault) and they dealt with it immediately and went above and beyond. Great business and team. Highly recommended!

Great set up, always helpful. Very large yard for big yachts coming in on hydraulic lift trailers, safe, clean and secure storage for my boat plus they know how to treat a customer. David has always gone beyond expectations in times of need and after hours . Even offered to store my motorcycle in the shop for the winter. Great place and employees

I called David at Boats Niagara when my steering suddenly wasn't working on my boat in Quebec. He assured me that if I could get the boat to him by Saturday, he'd have it fixed by the following Friday—just in time for my trip back to Quebec for fishing. They installed new cables, and I was off again! Couldn't have asked for better service or a quicker turnaround. On that subsequent trip, my motor started spitting out gas, which cut the trip short. I brought the boat back to Boats Niagara, and they quickly determined I needed four new carburetor kits. There were a few glitches getting my motor running properly again, but the mechanics stuck with it and finally got it purring again. David and his crew were determined they were there to correct the problem and stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them for all your boating needs. They clearly value their customers and are dedicated to seeing the job through to completion!
