Dr Ker and Staff have been nothing but concerned with our Mylo's health. They respected his aggression and were very sympathetic to his health. Dr. Ker could have gotten us to spend all kinds of money on tests if he was wanting to make money. Instead he offered all the tests and biopsy but in the end he said Mylo was quite sick. Thank you so much to all the staff at Thorold Vet. For your compassion and care when we had to put him down. If we get another dog we will come back.

Would not recommend this vet to anyone. My family and I had been coming to this vet for 10+ years, ever since they had moved locations and this new older male vet had come in it has been horrible. Come January it will be the third year of my babies passing. I came into the clinic looking for answers as to why my cat suddenly had started urinating on the floor out of nowhere. I had kept trying to express my concerns and get possible testing done to rule out what could be going on. The vet kept shutting it down and saying it was because she wasn’t spayed and said once we do that it will fix the problem. Not feeling super confident I gave the go ahead hoping that he was right although we had done no prior testing. I get a call an hour later saying my baby didn’t wake up from the anesthesia.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS VET! 0 stars! Dr. Ker may own the place but just because you own a clinic does not make you a good vet! He did not do a full exam on my dog, yet I was charged for one. He made my dog yelp giving her a vaccine, she has never done that. He didn’t even care just brushed it off! Do not trust them. He was rude to myself and my daughter. He didn’t introduce himself to me, he didn’t get to know my dog!! All things any vet would do. When I called to let them know I was unhappy with the level of care, I got no response. I went in the clinic the whole staff was rude. Dr. Ker wouldn’t even see me!!! Admitting to guilt! I have never been treated so poorly. Go somewhere else!!!!!!

Very, friendly atmosphere. The staff , and everyone there take great care of my animal and everyone else. Love the staff . They have taken care of Jolly since I've had him
