ZERO STARS IF I COULD....... Well the receptionist ALL of them are RUDE and NEVER take accountability for their behavior but are the first to dish out the blame game. I was told by the male receptionist that someone would call me back to switch an appointment and they NEVER did. The day comes for my appointment and clearly I can not make it because I've been calling to switch it for weeks but only got told we will get back to you, nothing else. Called again to switch my appointment, where I'm met with a hostile woman telling me I should have called earlier. Well you see, I've been trying since the second week of February, thank you, so this is not my fault as I have done my due diligence and called MULTIPLE times, so this is indeed your office's fault. If this doctor is aware of how his staff behaves that's not right but if he's not then I suggest you get new staff that will actually answer the questions your patients have, make calls back and not have to have people calling in daily to get things fixed or changed and still be told the same thing. The wait times alone are ridiculous as well and makes it so people are already frustrated, having rude staff on top of that just makes this place unpleasant all around. My family will be looking for a new physician because I will not be spoken to the way this staff speaks to me I was nothing but pleasant because I know how people can get when fingers are pointed in directions that could have been handled differently. I will not be cut off and made it out to be my fault when your incompetent staff can not handle the tasks at hand. It's really not difficult to be nice to people especially when it is your office fault for the lack of communication. Kindness is free and we were taught this at a young age. Maybe take some classes to re-educate how to treat people with kindness oh and how to answer the phone, RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE. I actually do hate calling or even coming here because of how the staff not all but most speak to people.

I've always had to wait 1 to almost 3 hours when I've had an appointment. It's being treated almost like a walk in. There is no point of booking an appointment if you're appointment is NEVER on time. I understand things are and busy and 15-20 minutes late is fine but legit waiting that long for an appointment is crazy

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tatzel for 20 years, and I have to say that doctors like him are hard to find — and, unfortunately, becoming a diminishing breed. He has always been thorough, honest, and genuinely caring. I was fortunate to know him before he became my doctor, and I consider him a friend. It’s bittersweet knowing that he’ll be retiring soon. Thank you for all the years, and best wishes for a well-deserved retirement. Saluti my friend

dr Timothy Tatzel Always has a wait time of 6+ months . Never can figure out what’s going on medically , When you miss an appointment, they won’t see you until you pay for your next appointment . It’s so hard to get an appointment to see him , His wife works there and she’s god awful rude !!!!!!!

Went here to see the cardiologist all the reception people were awesome. The technologist girl was phenomenal and my cardiologist. She was great as well. What a great experience.
