I was referred to this clinic to see Dr. Chaudhry for an IUD insertion, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from the very beginning. The receptionist has been consistently rude and dismissive during multiple phone calls and in person. Communication has been very poor throughout this entire process. The first time I was scheduled for my IUD insertion, I was told the day of the appointment that I needed to have an ultrasound done beforehand. This was never mentioned during the week prior while we were discussing and confirming the appointment. Because of this lack of communication, I had to cancel and reschedule. I also decided to switch from a copper IUD to a hormonal IUD, and I received multiple phone calls from the doctor “warning” me about side effects and repeatedly questioning whether I truly wanted to go through with it. While discussing risks is important, the tone felt more like discouragement rather than informed consent. After rescheduling and taking additional time off work, I returned for my appointment. Again, the receptionist was unwelcoming and rude. I was instructed to undress from the waist down and wait for the doctor, and I waited over 20 minutes in that position. When the doctor finally came in, she once again questioned whether I understood the risks and symptoms, which had already been discussed multiple times. After answering her questions honestly, I was then told that the procedure could not be done that day — for the second time. The lack of proper instructions and clear communication from the clinic is extremely concerning. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that after being told it might not happen, I asked the doctor multiple times to please let me know clearly whether she could proceed or not so I could get dressed and we could speak afterwards. It took several requests before she finally left the room. Being left undressed, waiting, and then struggling to have the doctor step out made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. I work in a healthcare setting where I interact with patients every day, and this is simply not how you treat patients — especially those who may already be nervous about a sensitive procedure. Compassion, clear communication, and professionalism should be the standard. I have never experienced this level of disorganization and unprofessionalism in a medical setting before. I will not be returning to this clinic. Patients deserve clear communication, respect, and professionalism — especially when dealing with sensitive procedures

This message is all about my life being saved by my family doctor. This incredible doctor is Michael Bradshaw Lane. After reviewing my records, Dr. Lane referred me to someone who performed an ecg. It was discovered I had a severely blocked aortic valve. He then referred me to a local cardiologist. An appointment was made for me to visit the cardiologist. But because of Dr. Lane's tenacity, the appointment was moved up from two months to one earlier. Considering the backlog of cases there are in this part of Ontario, my procedure just took a very short time for the angiogram and the valve replacement which took place at Hamilton Health. Because of Dr. Lane's attention to detail, kindness and caring for his patients, I am alive today because of his tenacity.

Sorry for the blurry photos these are screenshots from a video I took while in the office today, extremely hard to get ahold of this office for one. For two they called me to go get a referral from my doctor which I did two days later, while I was at my doctor's I asked him specifically if they would call me or if I have to contact them and he said they will call you to schedule. Waited over a month for a phone call and eventually just called to wait on the phone for 20 mins, I hung up then called again waited 30 mins to talk to someone and explained my frustrations. Go today to my appointment and there's literal blood on the walls, splattered on the wall near the garbage can. I'm very disturbed and will probably be going elsewhere, nothing bad to say about the doctor, doctor Chaudry she's very good but this place needs a revamp and a few more dollars for a few things.

Yesterday, I was approved for my Disability tax credit..why is this a talking point, well on Jan 3 2022 I saw Doctor Ryan Chadwick in the ER. He looked right threw me as I told him what was wrong with me. He brushed me off, did no tests, no blood work, no xray, nothing, told me I had a pinched nerve in my back.. well I had a bacterial infection eating my spine. Because of him 3 years later, I have gone from running a 55km week to barely being able to walk, if he had done 1 test on me that day I would have been treated in time to stop the total distruction of my spine. This man could have saved my legs, my back, i live in 8 to 9 out of 10 pain levels.But that day he just looked past me..bouncing back and forth from foot to foot as I tried to tell him what was going on.. this man will over look your problems, not listen, not be engaged and not care about your health and well-being being.

Dr.Sarah Chadwick was my Dr. For 3 to 4 years she did do some tests for me here and there, but for the most part was unhappy with her hours, the worse hrs I have even seen a Dr. have 2:20 last apt of the day what a joke. Every time I call the phone would just ring and ring 20 times still no answer. I think I seen for for the same Problem 5 times and still not much done so I decided to change Dr’s. And when I did took her office 2 months before my new Dr. Got any of my files after number of phone calls and faxes unbelievable. So happy I have a new Dr. He has done so much for me in just 2 months glad I made this decision.
