Vanessa was amazing! So gentle and thorough and made sure I knew what to expect and was comfortable for my entire appointment! The dentist was fantastic as well, such a kind man!

AVOID at all costs. I have have been to 2 different dentists in my life due to moving, had root canals cavities filled no issues… this was my third dentist and left me in extreme pain. I went having no pain at all for a small chipped tooth, they did a cavity filling and when I got home could no longer eat on one side the nerve pain was so bad. I called and went back thinking it would get fixed they just did a assessment and told me to come back which I did so they re did the filling and I left with worse pain and each time he continued to grind down the tooth and leave me with a terrible bite. It was all extremely rushed he was more worried about getting it done fast then actually fixing it , I had no choice to go to another dentist which looked at it and agree the filling was way off so they re did it again and said the piece under the filling wasn’t in good at all either and flew right out.. they actually took their time and I immediately left with the pain about 95% gone but now my coverage was out from malleta so I had to pay out of pocket. don’t go here as now my bite is permanently messed up and I’m still left with nerve damage

We truly feel lucky to have found such a compassionate and skilled dental team. Thorold Family Dental is a wonderful place. The staff are friendly and inviting. My hygienist takes great care of my teeth and doesn’t hurt me. Dr. Alessandro is understanding, skilled and has a great outlook on things. My teeth thank you!
