Terrible service... not even interested in having a conversation and they just transfer you straight to other voicemails instead of just helping out..

I have bought a display control unit from them and have it installed in my car by the dealer. Part is working good, as expected, and saved me a lot of money. This auto shop is very professional and, based on my experince, a trusted source for OEM used parts.

I drove 2 hours Then after waiting for 30 mins, got part for +$25 above negotiated price on phone call but that information just disappeared and got email conversation printed which was before phone call. Always ask for confirmed price through the email because you can't prove any conversation details which was made by phone call! However, the cashier and guys at the yard were nice, quick and acted very professionally.

Ordered a part (a day before) and drove 2 hours the next day; just for them to give me the wrong part. Then after waiting 30 mins, they tell me they can't find the part I ordered. Apparently, it just “disappeared”. Then the guy tells me that another wrecker has the exact part, just to get me to leave lol. If another wrecker had the same part i would’ve went there, why would i drive two hours to Thorolds dump parts & recycling? If you guys didn’t have the part, you could’ve called back - rather then giving the wrong part to the customer. disgusting. The first picture is the wrong part and the second picture was the part i came for. Third picture is self explanatory. Thanks for leaving the QR code though on the counter I was able to leave an honest review :)
