Easy to deal with, when I had a claim the adjuster were there immediately, all details were looked after in the claim my property was cleaned up immediately and repaired as quickly as possible. good guys and gals great to work with. highly recommend Thompson insurance.

DO NOT COME HERE !!!! Go anywhere else . Nightmare company all family owned so if you have any issues they all stick together like lil scammers . Seriously just call belairdirect ! Or anyone else . They mis inform on payments . They rates are literally garbage! They don’t do their jobs !

Best family company ever! I have been with them for nearly two decades. I’ve even moved back to Ottawa and still look to them for insurance every time I buy another car. I highly recommend them if your looking for great rates and friendly, competent staff!!
