This woman has a heart of gold and is truly awesome! I brought her quite the load of things for my first drop off, very large and heavy bags. She is incredibly friendly, sweet, charismatic. She doesn't judge, and she is also incredibly reasonably priced! Her wash and fold service is top notch- she is extremely quick and efficient. She helps take the LOAD off so you can get more of the other things done! You're amazing Catherine! Thank you so much 🧡 Highly recommended!!!

I’ve worked with many laundry services over the years, and Catherine’s is by far the best. She takes real pride in her work, and her linens are by far the best pressed in the area. I've known the owner Catherine a few years and I've never seen her without a smile on her face. She is a so outgoing and extremely kind. She make you feel welcome and comfortable. The best laundromat I've ever been to from Hamilton to Niagara!! Catherine is such a heart warming person she is so friendly and inviting of everyone!! Her wash & fold service is top notch and for a little extra she will even pick up & deliver!! And she has some of the best prices around and if u want to do ur own laundry she has great washers & dryers from big to small and u will leave with clean laundry & a new friend!!

The washers and dryers are in great shape and very clean. There were many different sizes to choose from, just like their website indicates. Staff was friendly. The store was very clean. My husband and I forgot our laundry soap and another customer was very nice and let us use some of his. Another nice lady doing her laundry gave us some bounce sheets. Grest place.
