If you never build using that system you have to be carful . using they panel design . Many basic mistakes I was very surprise . They quote 1/4 more material i need . You can't correct them , they blame you for they mistakes . I end up using different company and this is not about material that is how they handle costumer who build using SIP before more then once . I guest they have to much business .

View on GoogleWe built our last house using Thermapan SIPs. I and two students did all the work. Thermapan helped us with every question. The construction went extremely smoothly and we just love the results. We are building another house shortly and we will definitely be using Thermapan SIPs again. I don't understand why we waste time on Stud construction anymore.
View on GoogleNot a very practical system, can't be used for complex houses, or sloped roofs in general. Doesn't come pre-cut, just full panels. Panels vary in thickness, makes joining them difficult Sheathing plies on opposite sides of foam are not always parallel creating issues with installation. Sheathing is OSB, cheap alternative to plywood, which is susceptible to water damage and swelling quickly. Hard to run electrical, cutting plywood and removing foam for every wire run. Not easy to mount electrical boxes either.
