The Yoga Vine Integrated Health Studio

What a hidden gem in downtown Beamsville!! From the outside you would never guess how lovely it is inside . It offers a great sized heated studio and welcoming entrance and 2 large restrooms. I've only been to one class so far the"Hot,slow , deep flow " with Jillian. Jillian is the owner of the studio and has a great vibration for teaching and explains the movements in a way that is easy understood . It was a great touch that she put a cold towel on your forehead at the end of the session. It was also very easy to sign up for classes using the online booking. I plan to try out all the different classes to experience each unique offering . So if you're considering doing something for your body and mind , this is a perfect studio for it. **I need to update my review because I now found my favorite teacher !! Austin he teaches Inferno Pilates and wow what a vibe he brings !! His contagious vibrant energy keeps you going .So if you want to challenge yourself and get sculpted and sweating book his class .***

I'm getting back into yoga classes and The Yoga Vine has been super supportive and welcoming on my journey. Fantastic space in the heart of Beamsville with ample free parking. The yoga teachers are passionate about their classes and the class offerings have a wide range of styles with the flexibility to welcome beginners and accommodate seasoned yogis. Great practitioner rooms in the back for osteopathy and naturopathy and energy medicine. Awesome studio room for all temperatures of yoga, pilates, and movements.

Beamsville is lucky to have a place like The Yoga Vine. They offer a good variety and amount of classes and it's easy and simple to book online. It is such a fun and welcoming atmosphere, the teachers really motivate you to work hard!

The Yoga Vine is such a special place. Jillian has created a warm and welcoming community where you always leave feeling better than when you arrived. From the teachers to the students, this is truly a gem in our community.

I just started here a few weeks ago as I was referred by one of my clients. I absolutely LOVE going! All the teachers so far have been incredible. One of my favourite classes so far is the body sculpt class! I wish there was more days/times with the sculpt classes! I’d go to it everyday if it was offered every day! I definitely recommend this studio for anyone who is looking for a a studio!
