The WORKS Craft Burgers & Beer

I went there on Sunday on my visit to Niagara and I haven’t had a burger this good in sooo long. The wagyu beef patty was super delicious and well made and the chips were lovely. Our server was a very nice lady who went above and beyond to make sure we have a good experience. I loveeedd their house-made sauce and their hot sauce that she brought for us. 10/10 highly recommend

Went here a couple weeks ago and had the Cali smash burger w/fries. The avocado on my burger was fresh and ripe. The beef patties also tasted fresh and not greasy like some burgers. Fries were hot and crispy. Overall fantastic service and food. Even my coke was super fizzy! Which I find a lot of restaurants the soda is flat. Waitress was attentive and friendly. This restaurant may be in a tourist area but don’t let that steer you away. If you’re local they will take the tourist tax off.

Great burger spot in a tourist-heavy area! I went in expecting fast-food quality, but was pleasantly surprised. My wife and I visited with our baby and they were able to accommodate us with a high chair. We ordered the burger with onion rings and jalapeños — it was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The fries were delicious, and the chicken salad was also very good. Overall, we’d happily come back. Remember to order the spicy sauce, it has a kick and it’s flavorful.

We stopped by The Works near Niagara Falls and were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The burgers were delicious — juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. What really stood out was the huge variety of creative burger options, making it easy for everyone to find something they loved. The atmosphere was casual yet inviting, and the service was friendly and efficient. Overall, a great spot for anyone craving a quality burger experience. We definitely plan on going back the next time we’re in the area!

First time here, super recommend!!! Burger was super tasty, and I chose the “ tragically poutine” as a side!!! DELICIOUS!!! They have a great menu offer but you have the option to “ Pimp My Patty” were you can create your own custom Burguer creation if you prefer. Ambiance and decor, very cool :)))😎 On top of everything else, the service was super friendly and very on point! Thank tou guys 👌
