The Willows Retirement

Our family’s journey to Willow has been an incredibly difficult one. Our mother suffers from severe dementia and recently had a fall that led to a hospital stay. While she was being cared for by her elderly husband, the hospital experience was traumatic, stressful, and at times felt borderline harassing—especially with the pressure placed on us to quickly find placement, while also trying to figure out how to manage everything financially. From day one at Willow, working with Casey has been the complete opposite experience—therapeutic, calm, and genuinely supportive. Casey has shown an extraordinary level of compassion and understanding. After visiting other homes, we can honestly say we never encountered a leader as caring, responsive, and attentive as she is. She consistently makes herself available, and it’s clear she pays close attention not only to families, but also to the residents and the day-to-day care at Willow. We are truly grateful that our path led us here. Willow is a clean, welcoming facility staffed by an excellent team. Most importantly, our mother has adjusted far better than we ever expected, and that is because of Casey and the Willow team. They have made this transition so much easier for our family, and we can’t thank them enough.

The Willows in Fort Erie is wonderful. My disabled brother moved in a month ago and he is already thriving there..He was very isolated living by himself and was starting to seem depressed at times. Not anymore. The staff are totally wonderful and kind with him/ Not just him. I have noticed they are very caring with everyone. They all go above and beyond with guests. Cant even pick a favourite . I am a knitpicking complainer and I have given up trying to find something to complain about. they are the best in my opinion. My brother is getting wonderful care.They are perfect for him. I would highly recomend The Willows in Fort Erie

After checking around the area,we decided upon The Wllows. Great choice! Facilities are twice as good as any of the others we saw and much more economical. Outsnding staff and the meals are to die for! Check it out yourself, you'll be surprised.

My Dad was here for just over a month for respite care and I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Willows. They were awesome. Lorna the manager is on top of everything and Corrine, who sits at the front desk, is just a lovely person to deal with. The level of care and concern they showed each and every day to not only my father, but to all the residents, truly went above and beyond. The facility was kept spotless. Ron does a great job as the activities director and Dad enjoyed the walking group, playing euchre, listening to live entertainment and bowling virtually. The care staff provided great care with respect to his meds. All of the staff have not only my gratitude, but my entire family's. Thanks so much for looking out for, and after, our loved one!

The willows is a fantastic place to live, staff are attentive and friendly. Management is amazing and always willing to help. The DOC/GM Lorna is excellent!
