Thoroughly disappointed with the service here.. went from being a regular customer for many years, to not wanting to step in the door for inconsistent pricing and lack of training and customer service after the change in ownership. What a shame, Richard and his staff built a great legacy only to be followed by a mediocre management at best.

The Valli Girls Deli in St. Catharines is a hidden gem. You can taste the difference—everything is made with high-quality, local farmers’ meat, and it shows. The shop has such a friendly, down-to-earth feel, and the staff are always welcoming and ready to help you pick out something amazing. Whether it’s their sandwiches, sausages, or steaks for dinner, I’ve never been disappointed. So glad we have a spot like this in town!

I live in U.S.A and recently visited Canada with my family. unexpectedly, we came across this store and my wife insisted on checking it out. To our surprise, the stock inside was really amazing. They have a large collection of seafood and wide verity of meat. All products are reasonably priced and the staff is very helpful. We look forward to visiting this store again and definitely recommend this store to all meat lovers out there!!!
