The UPS Store

This location is always clean and efficient! The employees are helpful and kind. I've never had a poor experience when visiting this UPS location and will gladly ship my items with them for the customer service and convenience.

DO NOT get baby passport photos taken at this location! Unprofessional and the photos were not accepted by Service Canada. I feel as though you should be aware of what photos are acceptable or not before charging the customer. The clerk also gave my husband attitude when asking for a refund.

Fantastic service. Store was closing at 6:30 but they stayed til 7:00 pm to help me get my parcels boxed and ready for shipping. Their kindness and patience was very much appreciated. Kudos to the Welland, Fitch Street store.

I have had exceptional service from this particular store on 2 occasions. The first was in receiving a refund when a promised delivery timeline at the delivery address was missed and the second was in re-routing a package. I now make it a point to use this location (and therefore UPS) as opposed to other courier options in Welland, specifically because of the service.

From reading other people's experiences here it seems like the service is hit and miss. When I went in I was very pleasant and cheery, to which I got a short, somewhat uncaring answer and response. Immediately without any sort of " would you mind stepping aside while you get your information so I can help another customer" or something similar, the lady was already ignoring me and talking to the guy behind me. I still had questions and all I needed was about a minute to get what I needed ready. I already had to wait in a long line and wasn't happyto be skipped by several people when I was quickly ready. We all have bad days but this customer service needs improvement on consistency it seems. Or, don't work in a customer service position if you don't pride yourself in helping others at said company. It also takes less energy to be cheerful than miserable btw. Maybe someone at UPS will explain the expectations of their customers to you folks and offers some sort of assistance or training if need be.
