I visited the store to get passport photos done for my parents, and the service was excellent. Ashley who helped us was very patient, polite, and genuinely caring, especially with my parents. She made sure everything was done properly without rushing us. Really appreciated her professionalism and warmth.

I wanted to give a shout out to owners & also Ashley The owners should be proud to have an employee like Ashley. Rarely do employees take pride in their work or offer the kind of customer service I witnessed while in store. This was a very busy store, and I can see why. I came in with a very complicated T-shirt print order, but in the meantime, several clients came in and being she wanted to be sure she got my order correct, asked if the others had “quick” things, like drop offs, she effectively multi tasked and took care of several clients in a short period of time. There was an elderly women trying to return something to Cogeco and was not tech savvy, and very frustrated, almost to tears. Ashley was patient and managed to assist her, saving her a trip home, more phone calls and another trip back. Ashley then took her time with me to be sure we were on the same page, showed me the process & explained the difference between the two products that I was considering. In the end, the owners, reached out, after Ashley explaining to them what I wanted done and explained that it was not possible or that it would not be to my liking. I appreciated their honesty & transparency, rather than print on the shirt provided to them and still charge me. I would do business with these people again

I had a denim jacket printed here, and it turned out absolutely amazing! I dealt with two representatives, and both were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality printing and outstanding customer service!

I had such a great experience at this specific UPS Store. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and patient in helping me with my shipment. I had to transport my very expensive computer and they explained everything clearly, made sure my package was packed securely and went above and beyond to make the process stress free. It’s rare to find service that feels both efficient and personal, but they really delivered on both thanks to Ishrat. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my shipping needs!
