The UPS Store

On January 29 2026 I went it and I had been there before so the Indian skinny guy knows me, I printed personal documents to be shipped to Canada Health at a box number in Quebec. I was charged 110 dollars on my TD credit card, the package never got there I had to track it several times which was hard to do with a 1 800 number. They told me UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes my return address is also a box number in NOTL I went to see if it was in downtown NOTL it wasn’t. I drove to the UPS store they skinny guy started yelling at me that it was my fault, I should have known about Box numbers? I called customer service while I stood there in the store and left a message the skinny guy showed me my package was delivered to a house and showed me a picture of a doorway? In NOTL I don’t live in NOTL, there was no apologies, no accountability, no refund. I even called the police while I was there. They over charged me too because I had to re print re send everything and the whole thing was 37 dollars with Staples at Fairview mall. These are rude and dishonest owner and now I have no idea where my documents are.

I had a great experience at this UPS Store! The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They helped me with my photographs, scanning, printing, the whole 9 yards and made the whole process quick and stress-free.

Terrible customer service - have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to shipping cross-border. Tried to explain to them multiple times what we needed, while they insisted everything was fine as is. As a result, the shipment got cancelled - and luckily we caught it in time so we could go back and physically pick up the package ourselves. The other UPS stores in the city are FAR more competent and easy to work with.

Attempted to ship two letters and a small handmade art piece of less than a pound to a friend in the USA, and frankly if I could leave less stars I would. The lack of clarity in any fee, being assured by the cashier (receipt lists Essa) I would not owe more fees during shipping and then being extorted for nearly the same cost again before my package even reached the border? Could not be more annoyed with both clarity and quality of service, let alone sheer cost. Will not be using UPS of any kind unless my disputing this leads to anything.

I had an amazing experience at UPS Store #598! Essa is the best — he supported me a lot and handled my shipment from Canada to India perfectly. I do multiple shipments, and he always helps me with discounts, packing, and every little detail. I really appreciate his great service and friendly attitude.
