Came into the store trying to ship a golf club, there were no boxes available that fit. Amarvir went above and beyond with creating a box, helping get everything shipped as efficiently as possible and we’re extremely joyful and humorous. If you have to ship something I highly recommend using this store

I want to give this company a positive review, but after my latest experience I just can't. The owner has really changed since the early days of this store. I used to come here all the time for all my postal needs, but the last time I was in, I was essentially yelled at for not preparing my package for return to Amazon myself. He treated me like I was stupid and unprepared because I had not taped up my own box. I have no idea how to do this properly, and it has never been an expectation in the past. This is what UPS stores literally specialize in doing. I always print the return label and provide a box. On top of this intimidation treatment, I was charged for the packing materials. Again, this was never necessary in the past. I paid because I was so embarrassed and just wanted to get out of there. The next time I needed to do an Amazon return I went to the McLeod road location and told them about my experience at the Dorchester store. They said this was wrong and apologized; customers do not have to pre-pack or tape up their Amazon returns, and as long as the return label is already printed off, there are never any charges. I was relieved to know I hadn't done anything wrong!

I had a great experience at UPS thanks to Amarvir. He was polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me with my shipment. It’s rare to see such consistent and positive customer service. Highly recommend!
