The UPS Store

I just wanted to mail something but the tone and disrespectful manner I was treated with made me just turn around and walk out. If you don’t like your job please find a new one :)

Horrible customer service, avoid at all costs! If possible, I’d rate this location 0 stars. Only location that refuses to provide a receipt when dropping off my packages. Won’t return.

Yesterday was the WORST UPS experience I have ever had. So bad, I will NEVER use UPS again. This man right here, ruined UPS for me for good. I came into the store around 5:30 last night, I had 4 boxes to ship for my online business, they were urgent and NEEDED to be shipped last night. He refused the 4 boxes and said he could only take three, after starring me down making him seem like the final boss and after begging for 5 minutes i finally said okay, ill give you three and drive to ST Catherines (30 minutes) to deliver ONE BOX. He then dropped my box from belt height on the ground, I said BE CAREFUL he said why? they get thrown on conveyers daily anyways. I then proceeded to ask for a receipt of drop off, (I get these EVERYTIME at the UPS store in Burlington, I use these for my reference that they have been successfully dropped as I ship ALOT) He denied giving me one, I then said okay give me my packages back i don't trust you, he refused and said they were already in the system. I managed to get all my packages back and had to drive to the next UPS to ship my packages, and By the way, the next UPS took all 4 boxes, they were friendly and I GOT THE RECEIPT. This man has NO business owning a UPS, I am not surprised he is a 1 star store. Get this man out of this franchise and replace him as he is ruining UPS as an organization.

Honestly - you're at 1.9 in reviews, just change your policy already. You're the only UPS store I've ever heard of with a 3 package drop off limit. You're not busy enough to have this. Even our pickup driver was confused and almost didn't believe that a UPS store told us that. We do everything in our power to ship with Purolator or CP but when certain customers select UPS we're stuck with you. There is absolutely no reason why you can't scan in prepaid, prelabelled packages like literally every other courier. For the love of god, just scan the packages already.

UPS store is a disgusting place; I will never go. I am lodging a complaint to the UPS store Canada what the insult they did to me. For Grimsby citizens if you don’t like to face humiliation, disgusting behavior, insults arrogance please don’t go to this store.
