I went today to have two tooth extractions I had a female dentist and an African American dental hygienist both absolutely amazing 5 stars but I wish I could put more. I have a huge fear of needles and the patience these two ladies had with me was everything I could ever want! She kept me grounded and relaxed the best she could and the dentist was so nice with the needles to ensure comfort. I will be coming back and will be booking with the lady I had today I don’t even want to see anyone else lol

Wonderful staff and excellent work! Dr Dhar, Kevin, and Lauren are especially lovely. Their care towards clients is above and beyond. I have never had such a positive experience at a dentist like I have here. Thank you!

This place has gone downhill. It was good few years ago. Last year or more they go thru dentists non stop. You will never see the same dentist twice. Their hygienist (the nicest one there) went on maternity leave and they never replaced her. The various dentists tried to do the cleanings. They hurt my little one and now she is scared to go back to dentist. I have since changed dentists. Dont waste your time or money here.

I would leave zero stars if I could, this place made me have a panic attack. I AM NOT SCARED OF THE DENTIST, but this is the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had. Please, do yourself a favor and go to another location or any other office. I've had my wisdom teeth removed while fully awake before (THANKFULLY not at this dental office), and that was easier than what I experienced here. At The Tooth Corner St. Catharines Pelham Rd, I got a simple cleaning and small cavity filling and was TERRIFIED. Walking into the room there was a bug on the vent and then I noticed a giant spider, just what you want crawling around while your mouth is wide open. The dentist has an unpleasant attitude, is insensitive, not thorough, and certainly not cut out to be a dentist anymore. She began working on a cavity before confirming if it was covered by my insurance. When filing down the filling she rudely asked if it was 'high' and when I told her it felt weird she got visibly annoyed. Instead of explaining what she was asking she snapped and said 'I'm not asking if its weird I'm asking if its high.' Thankfully the very nice dental hygienist, Amber, and only redeeming factor of the whole experience, explained what the dentist meant. I had to push the dentist's tool out of my mouth because the experience had become too overwhelming. I had my panic attack due to the dentists rudeness, the establishments lack of professionalism and overall uncomfortable atmosphere. During my panic attack, the dentist’s only concern seemed to be why I was reacting that way – not out of concern, but in a condescending manner. She said I was 'too sensitive'. While finishing with the polishing, because I had to let her finish (emphasis on had) the dentist made an insensitive, unnecessary comment: ‘When you’re an office administrator, you’ll have to deal with things and can’t just cry.’ To which I said still holding back tears and now anger "Can you Just. Finish." To which she sloppily did, squirting water all over and then promptly leaving. Upon leaving, I was still visibly shaken, and while trying to pay for the amount not covered by my insurance (which has now been completely drained by this disservice of a service) thanks to her starting the cavity without verification.... The receptionist asked if I was okay and what happened. The dentist, meanwhile, was nearby trying to justify her actions and acting like she’d done nothing wrong. This place needs to find a new location, new equipment and definitely a new dentist. Any quotes are paraphrased as I did not record the interaction, but they accurately reflect what was said. Do not go here unless you enjoy unsettling and regrettable experiences while just trying to take care of your teeth.

the staff was nice. I am 23 and was getting a root canal. the hygienist kept talking to me like i was 8 years old which i found off putting but not the worst thing in the world. the dentist finally comes in to perform the root canal, for the entire procedure she didn’t not explain a single thing and spoke a different language to her coworker the entire time she was digging around in my mouth. i voiced to them that i am a nervous patient and nothing about the appointment was soothing. On to the root canal itself, it failed, the entire tooth died and the dental polymer the dentist put in is attached to the molar behind it so i cannot floss. I don’t understand how this place runs. That being said, all the front staff was lovely and the other hygienists were great.
