The Sundance Spa & Sauna Store St. Catharines

So excited to have a sauna in my house! Everyone at Sundance were very helpful and easy to get answers for my many questions. Roger and Alex helped us to purchase the right fit for our limited space and delivered it professionally. Wise choice and very pleasant staff. Highly recommend this company!!!

Rob was a dream! I went in last night around 330 and he had all the patience in the world with me. While I understood amplitude :) I knew nothing of hot tubs. He patiently walked me through all my options, answered all of my questions, and while he did show me the more luxurious models, he knew my budget and worked with me without being pushy. He was very thorough and left no questions when I walked out after signing the contract. Waiting to set up delivery now, will edit this post after that experience, which I am sure will also be excellent! Update: Hot tub has been delivered!!! The delivery guys were absolutely amazing!!! They managed to navigate the large tub with ease and even were so kind to give my big puppy some love. They gave me detailed instructions on the filter, filling, cleaning, chemicals, the cover and general hook up. Highly recommend!

Super friendly! We recently moved into town, and our house came with a hot tub. We didn't really have much knowledge and we were struggling with maintaining chemical balance. We brought in our water to be tested (which they didn't charge for) We had bought some chemicals at another place, but these guys were much more helpful. We got an enzyme from them, which has maintained our balance. Even though our hot tub isn't the brand they sell, they actually did have a filter. I wish I'd gone in to them first, because it was 1/2 the price we paid on Amazon. We got lots of great advice, and had a great conversation. We also got some aromatherapy stuff for our hot tub as well. We definitely feel more confident doing our maintenance after speaking to them 10/10

I bought a hot tub from here, and it’s been great. The staff were very helpful in letting me try different hot tubs, and were very supportive during the preparation phase where I had to get permits and so on. They connected me with other tradesmen to help with getting a proper foundation and possible deck work and so on. They had good follow-through care as well. I’m sitting in it and looking at the stars as I write this.

Right from the time we walked through the door, purchased our hot tub and the care we have received since has been impeccable. From the sale with Rob and the great installation by their crew it could not of gone any easier. This was our first hot tub and anytime we've had any questions they were always ready to help. I thank my friend Shawn in recommending Sundance Spa to me and I will also recommend them to others in the future. Nice to see businesses out there that are still interested in customer service.
