These people were so awesome to work with. Having the bin before the moving day made moving so much easier and the price was very reasonable. The drivers skill was pretty awesome. Their time frames were spot on for pick ups and delivery to our new house. Thank You!

We had an awesome experience with The Storage Box. Every staff member was so helpful and friendly from my first phone call to the last pick up. They dropped off and picked up the containers on multiple occassions. Drivers were awesome. The whole experience was exceptional and made what could have been a very stressful experience enjoyable. I would not hesitate in recommending the Storage Box.

Second time using this company. Drivers, service support over the phone: everyone is carrying and polite and sincerely is doing the best they can to help. I only have compliments for company like that, thank you for all that you do for your clients!

Excellent service all around! Every staff member I spoke with were extremely helpful. They helped me coordinate a very complicated move that required multiple boxes, staggered drop off/delivery dates and weeks of storage. The price was very fair and the billing system is precise and easy to understand.

To be clear, I have no affiliation with The Storage Box—just a very satisfied repeat customer. I worked in the service industry for years, and I know people are more inclined to post about their negative experiences, so I make a point to post authentic positive experiences. Here are a couple of reasons why I, and I believe others, would want to go with this company (I also detail my personal customer experience below): - The Storage Box is not a franchise. - They are a privately owned, Ontario local, small business. - Their Customer Service is exceptional, and their prices are the best I have found. - They have increased competition now — ie. PODS (now in Canada, a huge American Company). My personal experience: The first time I used this company, I used a storage container on my driveway during a renovation - it was dropped off and picked up empty. However, this time is a bit more complicated, and I called to inquire about my options. This time, we’re using the container to store my parents' belongings while they sell and purchase a new home in Ontario. We don’t know how long it will take or where they’ll end up moving. I called and spoke with Vanessa on the phone (Hi Vanessa!), who was incredibly helpful. She took the time to listen to my situation, explored multiple options, provided me with the costs, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I never felt rushed or pressured. After speaking with my parents, I called and spoke with Vanessa again to book the container; her professionalism and kindness made the whole process smooth and stress-free. There will be no need to unpack and repack the contents. The Storage Box will simply pick up the container and deliver it to their new address, wherever that may be. In fact, if I decide I want to reclaim access to my backyard via the driveway at some point, we can also call and opt to have the container picked up and stored off-site (at their secure yard for a dollar more per day)—and even then, we can still access it by calling ahead. They will bring the container to the front for us if we realise we need something from it. Alas, today the 20ft insulated box was delivered—and it looks practically brand new. Luke, the delivery driver, recognised me right away from the previous time I’d used The Storage Box. He was just as friendly and professional as I remembered—punctual, informative, and a genuinely kind person. I honestly couldn’t be happier. They have accommodated my needs, and then some. With this in mind, I actually took the time to write this out to share with others about my experience, in appreciation.
