I went in expecting an experience like having my teeth pulled , since I was looking for a new phone, and I needed all my data changed over to my new phone. Vinny helped me choose a great phone, and also put me on a better plan. The team worked together to make sure my transition was smooth,and I was out of there in no time. I ended up getting a better phone, for less, and team was very helpful. Thanks guys!

Nicholas, the manager was excellent. He was generous with his time and with sharing his expertise when we purchased a new cell phone. His staff was also very considerate, attentive and helpful. This store had the exact phone that I had been looking for and they keep a good inventory of electronic equipment. I would highly recommend this store for their outstanding customer service. Best service. Really cool Dutch guy named Josh behind the counter being taught by Nick the manager how things go AND providing great customer service. Honestly surprised Nick hasn't been promoted yet, he should be. Helped me solve my issue with my used phone and set me up with a new plan for a GREAT price. Love the new phone, couldn't be happier.

Bought a laptop at this location. Great help I received and no pressure to rush on my decision compared a few brands and sizes and never lost interest of the salesperson.
