I almost died after delivering my 3rd baby, something went wrong that triggered swelling in my face. Doctors at Saint Catharines Hospital found that it was a dental abscess that was going into the bone into my face and sent a referral to Dr Consky’s office and I had an appointment the next day after I got discharged from the hospital. I went in and didn’t have to wait long as I was the only one there. Staff was very friendly and encouraging. Got my X-ray done and put into a room where I got hooked up to monitors. I am terrified of dentists mainly because of the needles given sometimes so my monitor kept pinging really high so they had to wait till it came down to start. He got to work straight away and took care of it in literally 15-20 minutes(cause he had to wait for the numbing to kick in) and then I was good to go. Staff held my hand through the whole thing and made sure I was fine and comfortable throughout the procedure which was nice as they didn’t have to do that. I was scared to be there but they made sure I was as comfortable as they could make it and I trust returning to this office again for any further treatment in the future if needed. Thank you to Dr. Consky and his staff. 10/10 would definitely recommend a friend or family member.
View on GoogleIf I could give 100 stars I would , I had two wisdom teeth removed under sedation and it went very well , the staff is beyond nice explained all the steps to me even though I was extremely nervous. Doctor is kind and friendly . Woke up in zero pain and am still feeling zero pain at all . Minimal swelling no bruising. I highly highly recommend here !
View on GoogleDr. Consky and his staff were amazing. They clearly explained the procedure and the steps I had to do after the surgery. I highly recommend this team.
View on GoogleHe was the first — and only — surgeon I consulted before moving forward. From day one, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. Seven months post-op, there's no visible trace of an invasive procedure. No one, including myself, could tell based on appearance or nerve sensation — which is a testament to Dr. Consky's skill. While the aesthetic results speak for themselves, the functional improvements — especially breathing and symmetry — would’ve made the surgery worth it alone. But only if Dr. Consky was the one operating.
View on GoogleI had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled and the whole experience was great. It was my first surgical experience (first IV, first time being sedated, etc.) so I was feeling a bit nervous but the team, and specifically my nurse Chantal, were so comforting. They walked me through every step of the process and helped me to feel relaxed. After the surgery, Chantal very clearly walked me and my sister-in-law through all the post-op instructions. I left feeling confident on what to expect for the next 24 hours and what the following week or so would look like. One of my bottom wisdom teeth was really close to my nerve so I was warned about some potential prolonged numbness and the possibility that the tooth’s roots would need to stay in because of the proximity but Dr. Consky did a phenomenal job. He managed to get the full tooth out and I have no lingering numbness. Very little pain and almost no swelling post-op either. I would highly recommend Dr. Consky and his team. If I ever need another oral surgery, I’ll definitely be back.
