Three things: Hours are inconvenient, unfriendly staff and vagrant people. Hours: It's a difficult store to get to because of their hours. The hours seem to be created for the business and not for customers. No evening hours and no Sundays. Vagrants: Every time I come there is a vagrant outside the door asking for money. A bit unnerving when they come in the store too. I mention to staff at front and they dismiss it. You never know what vagrants will do. Staff: Unfriendly and cold. There's no 'hello', 'how are you', 'can I help you' at anytime you are in the store. This is not over one or two visits but many. I get asked for my phone number when I buy. I've never been told once in the past about the points program associated to the phone number so I ask. No further explanation. The cashier seemed irritated with my question and obviously wanted me out...? There were no customers behind me, so I don't get it. Guess what, you aren't the only store in town guys. I can get the same products and with far more friendly service, BETTER prices & more convenient hours nearby. Not impressed!

Excellent customer service. I went there for a book signing and the book is tremendous. Book is called Sweet Potato Mania Brita Housez is the author. Sells on Amazon as well

Great place to pick up some fresh loose leaf teas, their sencha green tea is fantastic!

Love the store and staff but dislike being accosted by aggressive vagrants lingering outside every time I visit.

Love the bulk food options and prices. Staff are always so friendly and helpful, thank you especially to Zinnia who was the associate at checkout today =)
