Kevin is absolutely amazing at his job, knows the brands inside out and provides valuable info on finding the perfect strain every time. The selection is phenomenal and the service is always friendly.

Coming into this store I had the most incredible experience. The product knowledge was amazing, I wasn’t sure what I wanted and they helped me figure out exactly what was best for me. Only place I’ll go to from now on!

Always love going to this store, best cannabis store in Niagara. Has recently went down hill with some of the new staff. When I went in the other day I over heard a couple of the girls talking about the last person they helped in the store in a very rude way. Recently met Rose and gets offended if you call her Rosie so look out 🤣 Made it very awkward for me when I was trying to be polite. Try to help people in store before the dogs, often have to wait in line the while girls are busy giving dog treats away. They usually help the dogs before the paying customers

Awful customer service, I was racially discriminated, the guy who serves is completely rude, he treats other “white” customers very kindly and he treated me very rudely, if you take your time to choose, he makes passive-aggressive comments about how you are wasting his time, he even threatened to call the police for confronting him about his rude attitude, definitely a bad experience, it’s not a pleasent environment, I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
