We had a great experience with Next Step Niagara. They replaced two old full staircases for us and did an excellent job from start to finish. They were very flexible with their schedule and really tried to accommodate our needs. The price was reasonable, and the quality of work was impressive — very detailed and well done. What stood out the most was the quality of the material used, the design they did, and their support after the job was completed. When we noticed a squeaking sound as the new stairs settled with use, they came back without any issue and permanently fixed it. They guided us through the whole process and were professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this great company.

We worked with the Niagara team on our custom stair design and installation for our new home. They helped guide our design in a direction that took into consideration functionality and flow in a one-of-a-kind finished product that has had everybody that enters the home drawn to it. This is much different than any other monorail on the market. No ugly bolts or telescoping posts coming off of it. The Under mount lighting is seamless without a single wire exposed. When I first spoke to the Niagara team, I was hesitant because of the distance from British Columbia to their main office but soon learned they have employees across Canada. The process was great from start to finish. We worked on a conceptual design and a price, next they came to site and measured everything up in person and lastly when the product arrived, they came back and installed it in a very short timeline. We’ve been living in the house now for four months and there are zero deficiencies in the product. We have recommended Niagara to many other people building custom homes.
