I went in for help after getting a $384 bill after only having my phone for 30 days. The manager literally laughed and said “I know how Daud is”. Found out later that Bell apparently pre-bills their customers, even though no one told me this when I signed up. And I got this bill days before Christmas. I received my first bill only eight days after signing up. Went in yesterday for help setting up my bell TV on my iPad. Daud asked me if I knew my password and I said probably because I use the one password for everything. He asked me to use my thumbprint so it would paste my password. Then he asked for my iPad and clicked “show password”. He literally looks at my password, erases part of it and rewrites it. I asked him why he did that and he said because the paste password didn’t seem to be working. So I said to him then why wouldn’t you have me write my own password? I literally just told you I use that password for everything and then you not only click show password and looked at it, but you retyped it for me. He had no answer. there’s no reason a Store tech should be going in and looking at your password and typing it for you, I’m not 100 years old. And I offered to type it to begin with, it was him that wanted to use the thumbprint and then had me handed my iPad and he put show password. If the thumbprint didn’t work, then all he had to do was say hey can you type in your password? I don’t know why someone would think to themselves,, hey pass me your phone and tell me your password so I can do it for you. There is also another scam. You automatically get PC optimum points when you sign up for the cell phone and the plan. They will tell you that they’re going to give you “ free stuff”, And then use your PC optimum points to buy products for their store so they get more commission and sell more products. It’s not free. It’s your points. You could use those points for groceries or whatever you like, but they use them all to sell their products to you. You are paying for them. And they even make it sound like it’s a good thing. They say you have 50 points left. What else are we spending it on? Because you think it’s free. But it’s not they’re just taking the rest of your points from you, and making sure you spend every last bit on them rather than something else.

Excellent service and Sagar is very helpful to choose and offer the plan price which is best for us. I highly recommend to visit this location. If you are looking for best deal on phone and plan then definitely visit on black Friday or boxing Day....😊🤘

I was getting a phone for my teen and this Mobile Shop's entire staff is amazing. Special shoutout to Sagar who guided us to select the right product while saving us tons of bucks in our current plans.
