The Lunch Lady

I delivered for Lunch Lady (Welland) for three years before COVID shut down most of the day cares we serviced. I can't say for the teachers, but the students greeted Lunch Lady with excitement at every drop. If children react this well, the Lunch Lady must be doing something right!

The Lunch Lady is very disappointing! As an educator I'm truly disgusted with the portions. Toddlers and Preschoolers should have different portion sizes, but with the lunch lady that is not the case. The portions are minuscule no matter what the age. Toddlers cannot eat carrots unless they have been softened, the Lunch Lady does not soften them and the toddlers cannot eat them because they either dont have teeth or have very few to chew. Honestly, I feel that my students are be neglected with the Lunch Lady's Portions, my kids continuously cry because there wasn't enough. Looking for a better caterer, cant wait to say adios to the Lunch Lady. Also...they never send extra food for when a child might drop his/her plate on the floor, spill milk or water onto their food, etc. This company is so disappointing. I strongly recommend a better caterer.
