The best laundromatt in st Catherine’s hands down. Well taken care of and super clean. Owner John is so friendly and patient. They give you change wherever you ask for it and will help you navigate where / what change you need.

Had a horrible experience here about 2 years ago, that genuinely made me scared to even leave a review at the time. Brought in a couple hampers for the wash and fold service, and then a few items to be dry cleaned. Was quoted the price and came back when I was told it was ready. Not only were items missing (we will get to that) but they dry cleaned every item. Pyjamas, hoodies, you name it and they were claiming it was dry cleaned and therefore I had to pay for the dry cleaning. I was only told this after two staff offered to help carry items to my car. I felt cornered and after explaining multiple times I would have never asked to have hoodies dry cleaned, I felt intimidated and forced to pay this insanely high price. I am talking multiple hundreds of dollars more than I was quoted. They were standing between me and my car, my clothing was already in the car and they kept blaming it on their staff saying things like “oh it must have been ___ who helped you, he’s an idiot he must have put it all under dry clean”. Which felt very unprofessional, but also, why on earth would your dry cleaners have not double checked seeing as these were clothing items no one would ever want dry cleaned. I also saw the order form when I brought things in, and it clearly said what was in the basket was to be wash and fold service. After much back and forth I felt so defeated and just paid so I could leave, as a young woman blocked off by 3 large men from my car, I felt like I had no choice, and they did nothing to help the situation beyond saying their staff was stupid. Then to get home and have 1 of the few items that was meant to be dry cleaned missing, and many others shrunk because surprise they were not meant to be dry cleaned. So something I was doing to try and make my life easier during a difficult time, because a significant financial and mental burden. After calling and coming back three separate times, I did finally get the suit that was missing, despite being told multiple times it would be done, only to be told to come back later, and eventually being sent to another site, which resulting in the owner being called in to assist. To my memory they did end up not charging me for the suit, or something like that, but it also took a month to get it back, only getting it back the morning of an event it was needed for. While they were apologetic and I do think understood why I was so upset, I would not wish this experience on anyone. Perhaps things have changed since, I recognize this is an experience that happened a while ago, but I think anyone using this place should only do so with the utmost caution and hundreds of dollars to spare.

Very busy place. They take care of a lot of hotel laundry.So, you know that they're good.The only minus is that sometimes it's hard to get a washer or a dryer, but they do their best to accommodate anyone who comes in.And it's clean, unfortunately, a lot of laundromats cannot say that.

Don’t even waste your time. They don’t cater to residential clients. Over 80% of machines were being used by the employees themselves. Only 9 dryers that were working. No space to fold clothes as there is mountains of clothes, laundry, bags and bins everywhere. Older units. Definitely avoid
