The Hope Centre: Community Resources In Advocacy

In as much as I want to admire the Centre for what it stands for, I found their services and operations been run by a bunch of incompetent management team... from Admin to HR and Operations. Shelters are been managed by inundated managers especially the St. Catharines shelter. I will advice the CEO to shake up the management team and also for the Niagara Region to probe the operations of the Centre.

Worst experience ever they should be shut down
