I have ordered from the Honey Bee Store several times over the years and never had an issue. I placed an order on October 31st, 2025 and never received my shipment. My Credit Card was charged and the Order wasn't delivered. I followed up with multiple calls, emails and FB messages with no response from the store. I checked the status of my order on my profile and as of today (02JAN2026) it is still showing "processing". I highly recommend that people do not support this business and do not place any orders online. A simple response from the owner would have solved this issue. If the owner would like to resolve this issue either by sending me my Order or by providing a full refund on my credit card, my Order Number is 17867. I doubt that I will hear from them....

We placed an order November 29th, and have been billed for cost of the order and shipping. We have yet to receive any order confirmation. We have tried calling - multiple times - emailing - no response. I have reached out on Facebook marketplace, they have read the message but have not responded. I am Hoping to hear back from them, but I’m not very hopeful! Beware - and do not place an order online ! Sorry - the order date was actually November 23rd - order number 17885. Order information was given in the Facebook message sent Wednesday - as well the email sent November 29th.
View on GoogleABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!! I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with The Honey Bee Store in Port Colborne. Their website clearly states that orders will ship within 1–2 weeks for the maple syrup bottles, yet I placed my order on September 29th and heard nothing back for weeks. I emailed the store on October 22nd with no response. I called that night and left a message — still nothing. I called again on the 23rd and again got no response. By the 24th, I was so frustrated that I went to the store in person, only to be met with an owner who was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely uninterested in helping. I called yet again on the 27th, left another message, and finally received a call back. When I explained that this was the week of my wedding and I still didn’t have my wedding favours, I asked for a refund. The owner showed zero compassion, refused to give me a refund, and even said, “You will be getting the wedding favours dropped off at your address whether you like it or not.” I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional this was. After a lengthy and frustrating call, the owner eventually agreed to provide a partial refund/discount. It has now been 17 days, and I still haven’t received anything. This entire process was unbelievably stressful, disrespectful, and completely avoidable. Based on my experience, I would STRONGLY recommend avoiding this company and not supporting this kind of behaviour. There was absolutely no customer service, no communication, and no respect shown at any point.
View on GoogleOrdered the 140gram hexagon jars with labels for our wedding. They turned out great! I don’t recommend going smaller. We ended up ordering some charms from Amazon and added them on ourselves. The flavour is summer blossom honey and it tastes amazing. I 100% recommend this ad a favour. It was super easy and the price per jar is reasonable. The shop is super cute too so definitely recommend going to pick up your order.
View on GoogleI made a purchase for gifts for my sister baby shower and some treats for the sweets table. The owner Chris is amazing to work with. I had changes that I needed and he was more then accommodating. He also added extra labels just in case. The best part is they makes sure to send the product as close to the date as possible to ensure that you get the freshest products. I highly recommend getting honey from this store it was awesome
