Sadly they dont offer free samples for flooring anymore. You can now take 1 tile for 5 Dollars. I liked it more when you had small tiles for free if you weren't sure. I guess I'm buying somewhere else where I can compare 3 small tiles for free.

I recently visited this location for a DIY project and was blown away by the customer service. It was truly superb from start to finish. ​A huge thank you to Radek in the Lumber department. Not only did he help me select the straightest pieces of wood, but he also took the time to suggest a design improvement that will make my build even better. He went above and beyond by personally walking me over to the hardware section to ensure I was in good hands. ​He introduced me to Ardiss in Hardware, who was fantastic in helping me find the exact hinges and screws I needed. Finally, Preeti at the checkout was wonderful and finished off the trip with great service. ​It’s rare to see this level of care and teamwork. Thank you to Radek, Ardiss, and Preeti for making this such a smooth experience!

recieved this island cabinet delivered from Home depot today was expecting the installer to come same day but he did not, we took a closer look and it was completely smashed on the one corner. This is very frustrating as it took 8 weeks to arrive and it finally came... broken ($6000 for a broken cabinet), and no acknowledgment from the delivery team or other, someone must have known this was broken before it got here

Buyer beware!!!!!! Home Depot does not honor any of their products, because it's garbage and they know it! Sales representatives are ignorant! They tell you to go through the company first before returning the product and then they don't accept the product anymore cuz it's past the 30 days Amazon is better than home Depot Amazon returns are better than home Depot Amazon customer service is better than home Depot Home Scams Depot!!!!!! Never again I have thousands of people who read my reviews! I hope I reach many people , who can choose to boycott your stores because your warranties and store policies only suit the company, you do not honor the customer at all. You abuse the customer. You're ignorant to the customer and I want everyone to know it. I'm going to post this on every home Depot site and when Amazon isn't the right choice, go to Rona for everything else. My two grandchildren go (I believe) once a month and participate in a building class. All wood things that are adorable..crop duster plane, picture frames/holder for me on mother's day bee houses, bird feeders, ect. They love it!
