Bought gas stove delivered dec 10th. Can't use the oven smell of gas in my house. Need the oven for Christmas they suppose to come 24th to fix it now they called said can't come till 29th. That don't help me with 10 people coming for dinner. Home depot did nothing for me.so disappointed in this company. Will never buy from them again. Ordered online. If I could give 0 i would. I was left a response but can't find it to try and find someone to fix my oven and home depot will reimburse me..its to late now this has been going on since last Thursday when I called in. I have left my name with a couple business's if they could squeeze me in. But im not hopeful. I have no way to get a hold of you that has left me this message. Can't get anyone to come to fix my stove. Now need to find restaurant for 10 people for Christmas dinner. I told them to come pick up stove and now they say can't return it. Well merry Christmas home depot hope you enjoyed your Christmas dinner. You ruined mine. If somebody could call me that I could understand i would appreciate it. Talked to 6 people not 1 spoke English.. im sorry to say that but true. Well they came to my home dec29th..the fella originally said oh thats how gas stoves are you smell gas. I said oh no its not I have had gas stove.. Then when he went on his iPad he found out there is a problem with this stove and needs 2 parts replaced. So then he said do not use this oven..so here I am jan 9th and still not fixed. I call and get run around from frigidaire to elite the company that fixes it. Very very disappointed in home depot they just past the buck Was told 5 business days Update now jan 16th and told another 7 to 10 business days for parts. Update now Jan 23 th and was told now Jan 27th. This is my last wait time. Update: finally got the right people to talk to..Meagan and Paul i can't thank you enough for all your help in solving my issues.

Laszlo took the time to understand exactly what I needed, patiently answered all my questions, and even offered practical suggestions I hadn’t considered. His knowledge of the products was impressive, and he went above and beyond to ensure I left with exactly what I needed. Even during a busy time in the store, Laszlo remained calm, approachable, and attentive, making the experience feel seamless and personal. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism, patience, and genuine friendliness so effortlessly. Overall, this Home Depot location exceeded my expectations. The store is well-maintained, organized, and easy to shop in, and staff like Laszlo truly elevate the customer experience. I will definitely return and highly recommend this store—especially if you’re lucky enough to get assistance from Laszlo. Keep up the fantastic work!

We were searching for flooring, not knowing 100% what we wanted, and were approached by Marilyn. She was incredibly kind, and so knowledgeable. She let us know we needed the moisture barrier for placing laminate/vinyl on concrete, she went and got all the materials for us. We weren't ever tried to be oversold on things, actually found ways to buy bulk and save. She was so helpful and great! Good job Marilyn :)

I had an odd experience at this store. On 2 separate occasions, employees approached me as if I was doing something wrong. One didn't like me "taking pictures", the other didn't like me "looking up". 3 employees did ask if I needed help, or to say hello. Lots of missing bolts. Only walked about 3/4's of the store.

I have been a longstanding customer of the Niagara Falls Home Depot. It continues to be my go-to place for everything related to home improvements and maintenance. Throughout the years, first and foremost, the customer service is consistently exemplary. There are always plenty of staff around to help, and they are friendly and efficient. Product selection and availability is spot on; they always have what I need. Prices are highly competitive, including price matching when requested. This particular store is always clean, easy to get around, and meticulously merchandised. Many thanks!
