Every couple months I go in and see. Rick, to get my hair turned in from the mess. That's something that my wife enjoys. If I arrive early I have a conversation with the other barbers as I wait for Rick. I've always been able to book an appointment on the same day that I call.

Hands down the best experience ever. All the staff were so welcoming and lovely. Coffee was offered whike we waited. Happy to accommodate walks in. Jeremy did such a fantastic job on my husbands hair. He walked out feeling a million dollars. Beautiful service with such kindness and care. Was lovely chatting with everyone. 10/10 service. Very clean barbershop aswell. Will be returning when we travel here again! Thankyou to all the team for a wonderful experience. Sincerely the crazy Aussies!

Going here since 2014 and Cedric has been my barber since. Does my hair and hot towel shaves. I recommend this barbershop to anyone, Cedric and his staff will not disappoint. Great conversations and lots of cool things to chat about. 5 out of 5 from me.

I’ve been looking for a good haircut for a long time, and I finally found it at The Head Shop Barbershop! Hamid was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. He really took the time to make sure everything was perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I honestly wish I had found him earlier — this is hands down the best haircut you’ll find in St. Catharines. Highly recommend!

I’ve gone here for several years and every time it’s a great experience. Over the years they have all cut my hair but I think Rick is the best at shaving heads. If you are looking for a professional haircut and or shave, this is definitely the place to go!! 5 outa 5!!
