I had such a great experience at this hair salon! I went in for a long layer cut, and I absolutely love how it turned out. The stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the length and shape I was hoping for. The layers blend so beautifully and add so much movement and volume without making my hair feel thin. The whole appointment felt comfortable and professional. The staff was friendly, the salon was clean, and I never felt rushed. They also gave me helpful tips on how to style and maintain my layers at home. If you’re thinking about getting long layers, I definitely recommend this salon. I’ll definitely be coming again.

From the moment you walk in, you can notice the difference — the space feels extremely clean, organized, and welcoming. Hygiene and cleanliness are taken very seriously, which made me feel comfortable and confident during my visit. The salon environment is calm, respectful, and professionally managed. The new staff members are friendly, skilled, and truly care about providing great service to their clients. You can see the effort the new ownership is putting into maintaining high standards and running the business properly. Professionalism 👎 Are we supposed to trust people with our hair who can’t even be trusted with simple phone calls. Called the salon number multiple times in the last 2 weeks to book an appointment but each time a kid picked the call. Wow. Have been coming here for years and this is the first time this has happened. Read the recent reviews and it seems like they changed ownership and all the old employees that actually knew how to run a business are clearly not there anymore. Will find my stylist who has been doing my hair and take my business to them.

DON’T RECOMMEND BOOKING TILL YOU READ THIS: I had an appointment on February 21 shortly after the change in ownership and noticed a significant shift in the salon environment. During my visit, there were visible disagreements between management and staff regarding scheduling and clientele, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for clients present. This was not something I had experienced there before. I value the skill and relationship I’ve built with my stylist over the last 2 years she’s been doing my hair and will continue to support her wherever she goes. For me personally, the experience of a salon is rooted in the stylist providing the service, and with those professionals no longer there, I no longer feel inclined to return.
