Disappointing experience at this Garage location (221 Glendale Ave). The staff barely offered help and spent most of the time talking among themselves while I was clearly struggling to find my size. On top of that, I later found a TikTok posted by an employee where I’m visible in the background without my consent. Unprofessional and honestly uncomfortable. This store feels like it’s run by careless young employees — please do better

Went in today to return a top I had paid $45 for because of the stains on the shirt but was denied my refund because of the stains and they said that they wouldn’t be able to resell it, yet it was sold to me with those stains and not checked before I paid. Last time I shop at garage, $45 for a dirty shirt that I can even get my money back for.

would give zero stars if I could! Spoke to a very rude lady on feb 5th 2024 around 4:35 and she was very rude and disrespectful to me when asking questions about a return! I think it’s foolish to not let somebody return something if it is brand new and you have proof of purchase. Definitely not shopping here anymore and nobody should either

was in there today to purchase a shirt for the weekend & the young girl who was working the door was completely rude & disrespectful. I was told that I probably won't find my size in their store & I wear a size small. it shouldn't matter, I felt extremely judged by my appearance & made the shopping experience terrible. I don't support women who body shame other women. the whole staff was very off & nobody was friendly at all. I will never spend another dime at this company again after this terrible experience.
