The Foot Clinic and Orthotic Centre

Unfortunately very disappointed with the care I received; no resolution was made over the phone. I spent $220 for 4 visits, each visit was no longer than 5 min. I presented various post-partum foot symptoms, all which are common and treatable and should have all been identified and treated each visit. I was treated with ultrasound therapy that left me unable to walk, no at home care stretches or recommendations were provided, no treatment of very painful ingrown nails. The receptionist confirmed that they book multiple patients within a time slot, essentially overbooking the doctor, resulting in very quick visits which doesn’t allow time to cover all needs. I have to now pay out of pocket to see a new doctor which is timely and costly. I don’t think it’s worth paying $220 for a quick nail file, callus shave, and using a device on a foot without knowing what you’re dealing with inside.

I went in with a few issues and was worried, the personalized care and time spent on explaining to me everything and make sure I’m comfortable was above my expectations. The clinic is clean, punctual and very welcoming environment. Dr Murtaza is knowledgeable, patient, and gives honest advice. I will certainly be back !

I first came to the clinic with calloused blood blister on the ball of my foot. At 70 and as walker/hiker I was concerned, but After 3 short visits my feet were back to normal! I now come once every 8 weeks and my feet feel better than ever. Amazing chiropodist. Amazing clinic!

I have been coming here for multiple appointments and saw no improvement with my foot. He would only see me for less than 30 minutes and charged me $45 each time. Not only that my condition got worse and transferred to my other foot and hand while under his care. His exact words were “I cannot assist past the ankle” and he was unable to help me. He didn’t offer who could help me, just didn’t care. Extremely disappointed, saw no results but took a lot of my money. I’m having to try to take care of it on my own now. Response to His response: There was no schedule made, there was no date given when it would be healed as progress was never large. I understood promising something like that wouldn’t be realistic. No appointments were missed, and the cost was only revealed after the 20 minute session, not upfront. Regardless, this was healed by my family doctor afterwards within a week. I now found a new foot doctor who actually cares. The audacity calling me about my review is so unprofessional. This experience is all true. - Also the business hours on here are wrong. Call their # to get the real hours.

Amazing place! I could go on forever about how wonderful everyone have been with my daughter and I. With my first call about my daughter's pain and needing surgery the secretary was so sweet,she managed to fit us in right away. The Dr. was so kind and patient listening to all of our concerns we never felt rushed. After her surgery she had some worries so I sent an email (it was over the holidays) within an hour he had responded to me! Over all every visit we have had we have left with a smile talking about how nice and kind all the staff treated us. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us. I would definitely recommend coming here!
