Great location but the rest you read about this place is well up to you to decide. The owner has went above and out her way to have all problems solved within fair timeline.

I live here now and believe me it's filthy half the rooms have no decent floors plumbing is always backed up wires hanging out of the walls. No heat in winter. Sinks over flow toilets are broken. There is mold on walls staff covers it with paint, back wall leaks half the rooms have no bathroom ceiling. There are bed bugs in some rooms, cockroaches bad. No screens on windows and the ac are no good. No pool it's broken and leaks and they cut all the nice trees around it out. Now it just a bunch of stumps you look at. Maintenance harasses you. Landlord takes your money but put nothing back in for repairs.. she won't fix tenants problems. She won't even answer phone to us. Like we're a nobody. Staff are mean . I live here right now take it from me it's terrible the way owner makes you live. And she ups the rent anytime she feels like it. And watch she will charge you for hydro. She is just money hungry and don't care about her tenants. She let's the staff have there dog pen over here and when they in it the dogs bark all the time no relaxing at this motel. And staff has a house around corner with a yard why do tenants have to put up with them. It's a business not a house.the pics I put up now are what the rooms look like right now. Not aloud even a plant outside your door. Why niagara falls let's her get away with all these violations I will never know. Thank you.these are just some of the pics from rooms. Some are worse. Come look at rooms for your self the paint looks nice but what's under it will make you sick.MOLD MOLD and more MOLD.

*BEWARE!* NASTY, INFESTED MOTEL!!! JUST LISTEN TO THE RESPONSES FROM THE OWNER!!! SO IMMATURE & CANNOT DENY THE FACTS THAT THIS MOTEL IS FULL OF COCKROACHES, MICE! ANTS! BED BUGS! ROOMS FALLING APART! HIDDEN MOLD! ELECTRICITY AND PLUMBING ISSUES CONSTANTLY!!! DRAMA! PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & HER CREW BIG PART OF IT! COPS HERE ALL THE TIME! NOTHING WORKS!!! POOL IS A CESSPOOL OF DIRTY ROTTEN WATER AND TRASH!!! THEY LIE ABOUT THE POOL GETTING READY FOR SUMMER! TRASH OVERFLOWING!!! WORST MOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED AT!!! THE OWNER CLEARLY TRASHES PEOPLE BUT REALLY THE PROOF IS IN THE ENDLESS BAD REVIEWS & PICTURES!!! EVIDENCE SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS!

So. It looks like new owners are having a go at. They are enthusiastic very friendly. I’m optimistic for the future and will book again. The rooms were clean and the location puts you to the end of the real downtown. A short walk to the Tap House Brewery and you’re right at the river as well. The room was a third the cost of Clifton Hill.

Really great place, the front desk service from Marlene was simply amazing. Being able to walk too the falls in less that 15 minutes was really great as well. The rooms were comfy and cooled well for the summer heat, would definitely recommend if you have pets you want to travel with.
