I purchased my home 9 years ago and finally figured out that the ducts have never been cleaned. The house was built in 2004. We have always had at least 2 cats and I was getting concerned about the pet dander and dust that was accumulating in the ductwork. I investigated several duct cleaning companies and decided on The Duct Cleaning Company (based on Google reviews). I was very impressed with the ease of booking the appointment and the communication regarding the service. Jack and Jesse arrived on time, explained the entire process and proceeded the work. Both of them were very conscientious with respect to our home. Great care was taken to ensure the cleanliness of our floors and the newly painted walls leading to the basement. Very pleasant guys. I will definitley recommend The Duct Cleaning Company to anyone looking for this service.

I had a great experience with this company. We recently had our home's Air Duct and Dryer vent cleaned with Jessy and Jack, and I couldn't be more impressed! They kept me in the loop every step of the way before starting the job, so I knew exactly what to expect. The guys were super considerate, too - they made sure my indoor cats didn't slip out while they were working, which was a huge relief. Plus, they left the place spotless, no mess whatsoever! The booking process was hassle-free. The team was quick to respond to all my queries, keeping me informed every step of the way. I also appreciated the ETA notifications from Mike for the technicians. Overall, great company, trustworthy, and affordable. Jack and Jesse (technicians) from The Duct Cleaning Company were pure class. Good lads, company should be proud to employee quality individuals as such. These lads came in, set up, did an exceptional job, cleaned up and shipped out all within 90 minutes. I was so comfortable with these chaps I left my house while they stayed and worked. Had absolutely no concern with these two in my home, around my belongings. Very well spoken and polite individuals as well. Strongly recommend this company because of those lads. We recently had our home’s vents/air ducts cleaned and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From my first interaction with Mike, the scheduling coordinator, who handled the arrangements promptly and professionally, to Jack, the technician, who performed the cleaning itself, everything went smoothly. Jack was friendly, considerate, and took the time to explain every step of the process before beginning. He was thorough in his explanations, answered all of our questions with patience, and even let us know in advance when and where in the house the work might be noisy. He showed genuine care for our comfort during his visit and made sure to clean up carefully afterward. We especially appreciated that Jack showed us before-and-after photos of our ducts, which clearly demonstrated the quality of the work. The whole experience left us impressed and confident in recommending this company to family and friends. We would gladly hire them again for any future duct or vent cleaning needs.
