Took Lily here today as a new "client" she came back, going from looking like a bad perm day .. to... she got her life together !! You have inherited our princess and we thank you very much. Your care and concern about this first groom with us, as new clients, was amazing. Thankyou very much.

We had a great experience with Ruth today. As new puppy parents we were so worried leaving our puppy Cloud for the first time and she made us feel so comfortable. She even sent progress pics to make us feel better lol. She was very knowledgeable about his wooly coat type and Cloud seemed safe and happy when we came to pick him up. He looks absolutely perfect. She shaped his fur so nicely and his butt looks great! Thanks so much for your care and effort in making sure our little guy had a good experience as well ❤️

I’ve had my rescue dog, for a year, and she has been professionally groomed on a regular schedule. My current groomer is retiring and personally recommended this place, which is why I reached out. I first called on November 18th and never received a return call. I followed up again on December 4th, and only then did I finally get a call back at 12:32pm(in case the owner wants to check the date and time of her staff working). I even went to the shop in person at 9:30am during business hours, but the door was locked and no one was available to talk to in person(they open at 9). When the staff member finally called me, she avoided giving clear answers to my questions. After I insisted on honesty, she told me they “didn’t feel comfortable grooming my dog,” despite never seeing her, meeting her, or assessing her temperament or coat. She also said the owner, Tori, was fully booked, but I was never given the opportunity to speak with the owner directly. Declining a dog without ever meeting them — especially a dog who has been regularly groomed for a full year and who was referred by another professional groomer — shows poor communication and unprofessionalism. At the very least, a basic in-person assessment should be offered before refusing service.A groomer who refuses dogs without ever seeing them — especially rescue dogs who may need patience — should reconsider being in this line of work. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment

Tori did exactly what I asked for. Even when I brought her embarrassingly matted due to very fluffy coat, she came out looking beautiful. My dog can be very dramatic and uncooperative but I appreciate that I don't get naughty reports. They just hand her back with a smile. You are amazing not only with dogs but with their owners too - which is rare! I also really like this location and reception is so tidy and welcoming. It actually feels like a salon. We have been to many groomers and finally found the best! Can't thank you enough!

I can’t say enough about Tori! She’s an amazing groomer. Our babies came out looking and smelling so fresh with their new haircuts. You can see the love and care that Tori takes with the pups. She pays special attention to her clients needs in terms of hair length and face shape. We are so happy we found her for our fur babies. You have two very happy poochies here!!!!!!
