Niagara Denture Clinic

I rarely write a review but I felt it necessary. Dr Shawn was so compassionate, kind, and really calmed all my anxieties. He made smile for the first time in 20 years with his brilliant work. Not only was Dr.Shawn outstanding but the receptionist was so sweet and outgoing as well and made me feel so welcome. I can’t stress enough what a great experience I had. I appreciate them all 100/10 service!

My experience at Niagara Denture Clinic was bad. The dentures did not fit at all. Shawn very unprofessional with me. I had to wait until he finished lunch for several hours. Maybe he didn't like me. The dentures were made not to fit. I did get dentures from another clinic. I do have dentures. But what a waste of time and money at Niagara. The experience might not reflect on others.

Huge thanks to the master denturist Shawn Battell! I tried getting dentures at several other clinics, but none compared to the perfect fit and comfort I found here. I can eat everything without any problems and they look AMAZING. The quality of the teeth is great, I look 20 years younger!! Thank you and the wonderful team for your skill and kindness, Highly recommend.

DO NOT go here. I had a near death experience and they did not care, lost over 20 pounds, could not eat for 6 months. The dentures were too large for my mouth. I told Shawn I was starving to death, he did a slight adjustment and said "see you in 3 months", next day I ended up in the hospital. They exhausted my entire dental plan, plus I had to pay close to $600 for dentures that were completely useless. I had to get another pair made and pay the entire cost which was $944.00 less than Niagara Denture Clinic; but, at least I can eat now. Stay away from this denturist. Horrible experience.
