The Car Lot 2000

We purchased a Jeep Compass from Kirk and Peggy a while ago. They were friendly and very informative about the vehicle. We actually got the Compass for a better price than other dealerships in the area were asking for similar vehicles. The Jeep was exactly as advertised and has served us well. We'll be back to The Car Lot 2000 again!

Bought several cars from Kirk as have many of my friends and will continue to do so when it is time to buy my next vehicle. Very honest, good value and Kirk tries his best to stock reasonably priced reliable used vehicles. Highly recommend The Car Lot 2000 if you are looking for a used vehicle at a fair price.

On March 4, 2014, we picked up our new vehicle we bought from The Car Lot 2000. This is actually the 4th vehicle we have purchased over the years from this business and could not be happier with our experience. The service has always been excellent, they have been very accommodating to our needs and have always been successful in getting what we wanted. The Car Lot 2000 has been operating in its location for 22 years. A lot has to be said for a small business to sustain such a long successful tenure in that industry in the economic times that we have experienced. I've seen dealerships come and go in this city and is nice to see The Car Lot 2000 outlast mostly all of them. I am a 2nd generation customer and now my son is the 3rd generation customer. To be honest, each vehicle we have purchased wasn't a vehicle already sitting on their lot. We are particular so we sat down with Kirk and Ray and would tell them what we were looking for and how much the budget was. They worked diligently in getting the vehicle we were looking for and were always successful. As long as you don't require your new vehicle "today", they will do their best to find exactly what you are looking for. We were looking to replace our 2003 Grand Am (which was also purchased at The Car Lot 2000 back in 2007) to purchase a truck. It has been a great car, very reliable and over the years, only cost us regular maintenance. In 7 years, we put over 230,000 kms (I work in Burlington) on the car. When we said good bye to the Grand Am this week, it was just about to reach 309,000 and still going strong. Currently, our family owns a 2006 Ford Escape, 2007 Chevrolet Equinox and now a 2009 Dodge Ram all purchased from The Car Lot 2000. Overall, my experience with The Car Lot 2000 has been excellent. They have always been very helpful and would recommend stopping by the next time you are in the market for a new "used" vehicle and talk to them. My experience dealing with this business has been very poor. The vehicle I bought was broken from the first day I got it and they refused to refund my money. I have had nothing but problems with it and the repairs will almost cost as much as the purchase price. Calls to the salesman have not been returned. Guess they hope I go away. I would not recommend this business ( and I use the term business loosely) to buy your next vehicle.
