Delivery of my couch was excellent. Driver arrived within the scheduled window and called ahead to ensure I was at home. He and his partner unwrapped my couch, attached the feet and disposed of all shipping material. Both gentlemen were very polite.
View on GoogleThe Brick team were amazing. Shout out to Angela for being a top notch person helping me out. The delivery team was efficient and delivered the furniture safely. Now the furniture itself, I am extremely disappointed. I thought I was getting better than IKEA, when in fact I was getting worse, far worse quality of materials and fit and finish. Unfortunately this is a disposable product. The wood So soft, it dented and scratched when taken out of the package gingerly. The metal “prongs” to hang the side rail were hammered flat and impossible to hang as-is out of the box. Needed to be pried “open” to make them useable. Again, nothing against the Brick team. They were amazing. Buyer beware with product.

Our shopping experience was equally as good..Angela from St.Catharines location helped us. We found the selection of furniture was so much better than any of your competitors. Any the cherry on top was the fantastic price point on the pieces we bought. Plus they contacted me asking if I would like delivery a week early. So in short we only waited for our stuff for a couple of days! Such a smooth experience and exciting new look in livingroom. Cheers
View on GoogleTwo months, two dishwashers, both defective. Unprofessional and rude management. This has been one of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve had. We purchased our original dishwasher at the end of November from The Brick. After weeks of waiting, it was finally installed — only to be discovered that the unit had physical drum damage and had to be removed. The installer was also unprofessional. A replacement dishwasher was purchased at the beginning of January. After additional delays, it was installed in mid-February — and once again, the unit does not work. All indicator lights remain on and the dishwasher cannot be reset or powered down. In other words, two consecutive dishwashers, both non-functional, after over two months. What made this experience significantly worse was the conduct of the store manager, Jessie Castillo. During our discussion, she audibly laughed while I was speaking, repeatedly cut me off when I tried to ask questions or seek clarification, and consistently deflected responsibility instead of addressing the issue. The tone was dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the length and seriousness of the problem. At this point, this is not bad luck or a minor inconvenience — it is a failure to supply working goods after an unreasonable delay. After two months, two failed installations, and dismissive treatment from management, confidence in this store is completely gone. I would strongly caution anyone considering major appliance purchases from this location. Between the delays, defective products, repeated installation failures, and poor handling by store management, this was an unacceptable experience from start to finish. This store had multiple opportunities to resolve this professionally and failed each time. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to anyone.
View on GoogleHad the best shopping experience here in ages. I was helped by Kieth who didn't pressure me for the sale. After all was done there I had to wait only 3 days for delivery and the men who delivered were awesome and quick. Will definitely get my next piece of furnishing here.
