What on earth is a nearly $40 price difference? Yesterday we bought a UGG brand product. About half an hour later, we saw the same product at the Journeys store for almost $40 cheaper. We returned your product and bought it from Journeys at a lower price. Your prices are definitely extremely overpriced!

Adriana is awesome. She went above and beyond to assist with my groomsman shoe situation and called me back the next day to make sure I was taken care of! Thank you Boot Shop.

Went in today to look at a pair of Doc Boots. There was one other customer in the store being helped and most of the staff was leaning on things or trying to look busy. After standing near the shoes for 5 minutes I gave up and left. No one asked if I needed anything or even greeted me. I was ready to drop a few hundred dollars but my business went elsewhere.

I recently purchased two pairs of shoes. Amy and Larry were so kind and informative with great recommendations, not only for myself but for my mom as well which I greatly appreciate. Shoes are such a part of confidence and comfort so I really enjoy knowing that I have a place where I can go to find a inviting shopping experience.

Finally broke down and got myself some warm winter boots! Not only was I assisted right away, and found what I needed immediately, but the fabulous sales man restrung the laces on both of the boots. Making it much easier for me to put on and off! It really is the small things that make a huge difference, I never knew there was a proper way to lace boots! And now I know that and much much more! If I could give more stars I would!
