The Alley

This was my partner’s favorite place, and it has now become mine as well. The venue has recently been taken over by a new local family, and they are genuinely wonderful people. I spent about 30 minutes chatting with the gentleman, learning about his life and journey—he was incredibly warm, welcoming, and sincere. You can feel the pride he takes not only in the space, but in every drink he serves. He went out of his way to work with me to craft the perfect drink, and it showed in both the taste and presentation. The ambience is relaxed, inviting, and full of character, making it the kind of place you want to linger. Great drinks, heartfelt hospitality, and a space that truly feels cared for.

I stopped into The Alley in St. Catharines while meeting a commercial real estate client, and I’m glad I chose this spot. The nature of my work often takes me to different cafés, and I’m always on the lookout for places with the right mix of ambiance and service. This one truly stood out. If you are looking for a place to have a nice bubble tea and to bring your laptop to work on personal activities or even school activities, then The Alley is the exact place. The vibe is so elegant, clean, and tranquille. The staff are so respectful and generous. I'll be coming here often. I'm glad I found a place were I can bring my laptop and work on things in an environment that allows me to do so without distractions. This is the spot for sure.

They have flavors of your choice and they are very good and yummy, which you can't get yourself to stop buying. All flavors' prices vary based on their sizes, but they are still very affordable, like any other milk tea, but the taste is so good and different. They have a wide and spacious place, they also have a washroom, their place is very neat and clean, and not crowded. I love it very much.
