On Monday I went to Tepperman's for the first time and was absolutely WOWed by the selection, prices and service! We were in need of a new washer/dryer set and Gord Strain asked insightful questions to point us in the right direction of exactly what we were looking for. We were surprised to learn that we could have our new appliances delivered within a couple of days and we had excellent guidance in preparing for a quick and easy set-up. It's been quite a while since I've seen this level of service! Many thanks, Gord and all the staff at Tepperman's.

We recently purchased furniture from the Tepperman's St. Catharines branch, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to **Joe Mathews** for his exceptional service. Joe took the time to really understand our needs, style preferences, and budget. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. His recommendations were thoughtful and helped us choose the perfect pieces for our home. Joe explained the differences in quality, comfort, and durability between options, which made our decision much easier. Thanks to his guidance, we feel confident that we selected furniture that not only looks great but will also last for years to come. Staff was very friendly. They told me 3 - 4 weeks wait for the product.. That's what I expected. It took only 4 days. Went to pick up and the 2 gentlemen working in the warehouse did all the work loading my truck. They would not let me help!!! Update!!! Had the bed for 2 weeks and was simply sitting on it watching TV when I heard a loud snap and I felt a slight drop. I looked underneath and noticed that the support that runs the length of the bed had snapped. I went to Tempermans and explained to them what had happened. I was very calm and they found every reason possible to say it's not their product. I told my daughter when I was putting the bed together that it seems cheaply made. They assumed I was jumping on it and even told me that his nephew jumps on his bed. I am 51 years old and my bed jumping days are long past. Then the asked me it it was on hardwood floor or carpet. I said hardwood floor and they said it should be on carpet. I was not informed of that when purchasing or assembling. I am now required to submit photos of the damage and they said it could be up to 5 days before they review. The informed to remain sleeping in the bed even though the structure is compromised. The young girl inside the customer service counter was terribly ill and called another customer service on the phone and handed me the phone. While I was on the phone with another customer service the ill girl behind the counter literally picked up her personal phone and started surfing social media. It was a totally different experience from when I purchased the bed. I guess they made the sale and that's all the matters to them. Won't be spending another dollar at Tempermans.

Just had the best experience ever. Walked into St Catharine’s tepperman and walked into a legend of a lady named Leni Bathgate. Not only does she deserve a raise, she deserves everything good to happen to her in life. She was supportive, helpful, and easily convinced us to buy this most perfect couch. Without her, our lives would be dull. Thank you Teppermans we are truly grateful for you.

5* St. Catharines, 1* London warehouse/head office customer care. 1st sales rep asked if we were buying today, told him just looking so he left! Fortunately Theresa approached us later: friendly, extremely helpful and patient. Explored options. No pressure. First time purchasing. Added two new (clearance)Tempur-pedic twin xl mattresses and sofa and a lift chair. Theresa/Tiago are EXCELLENT. Addendum 2 Dec 4th: The pre-sales process was excellent, 5* for St. Catharines. On the other hand, we have to honestly rate the London warehouse/head office Customer relations 1*, for mixups, POOR or non-existent communication/follow up to both us and the staff at St. Catharines. Problems happens, BUT it is HOW those are handled which can make a difference. Even considering these events occurred before, during and after Black Friday/Cyber Monday, there should have been a focus on resolving an existing sale, not just focusing on new sales. Unfortunately post sales @ delivery we encountered major problem when they delivered a twin and twin xl, instead of 2 twin xl's (these were to go side-by side in a King so dimensions were needed to match 80x38x10") on Wednesday Nov.26th. We didn't find out until later in the day upon opening the boxes.  Over the course of the next 8 days, the London warehouse screwed up MULTIPLE times (first by pulling the wrong size despite the shipping box clearly being marked as a Twin and a Twin xl). This all made the St. Catharines staff, and our lives miserable. Melissa at head office assured us all would be resolved, that she follow up, but didn't. Scheduled call back also didn't happen. London warehouse staff did not communicate with St Catharines on multiple occasions over the course of 8 days, for this time sensitive issue. Friday Nov 28th a replacement Twin xl mattress was scheduled to replace the incorrect Twin. However upon arrival and unboxing it had  2/3rd of the top surface visibly dirty as well as 2 yellow circular stains. Delivery guys took photos and took the mattress back. We followed up with head office again with a promise to call us back which again didn't happen. We followed up with the Store Saturday Nov 29th and they looked into pulling a floor model from London. It was to be delivered Monday Dec 1st, then Dec 3rd, then Dec 4th. In the end the London warehouse said they shipped it to St. Catharines but it never turned up in St. Catharines. As time passed our options were more limited due to 0 remaining inventory, no other tempur pedic 10" thick mattresses available. We considered ordering a replacement tempur pedic cover and taking the dirty stained one just to have 2 80" mattresses side by side. We considered returning both and buying elsewhere. We considered returning the twin and getting a identical sized twin xl at the brick. Dec 4th after being informed there was no actual floor model in existence despite the computer system and London claiming to have shipped it, we went into the store for a face to face resolution instead of more calls and emails. We went over the possible options, the used twinxl had now been returned to London so one less option. We suggested either returning both, doing a price reduction on the twin and buying a mattress bed gap filler to get the 74" twin to fit with the 80" twin xl. (we already ordered several hundred dollars in twin xl sheets, mattress protectors, mattress heating covers). Tiago, had tried so hard to get answers from London over the previous days but there is clearly some disconnect on the OTHER end as well as head office. There are also issues with the new computer system, showing monies owed for a previous pillow purchase that they couldn't get to process properly, despite us paying in full at the time, as well as the mattress paperwork and the lift chair/sofa. The chair/sofa purchase shows how well the system "can" work,  it was smooth seemless process. We aren't changing the 5* rating for the pre-sales, but have to be honest with the 1* for everyone involved BESIDES the St. Catharines staff that were excellent.
