Stopped by the store Wednesday night without appointment as I had just switched to Telus plan with a Canadian/USA phone and data plan, and while in USA phone wouldn’t work. Stephane did his magic and within a few minutes had found the problem and deleted an old E-SIM and all appears to be resolved. Appreciate the quick service! In and out within minutes.

Dropped in tonight with no appointment as my IPhone wouldn’t work across the border even though we have a Canada/US phone plan. Stephane was able to troubleshoot the issue in a couple of minutes, deleting my last provider’s E-SIM and leaving me to believe that was the cause and should be good now. Went to telus to upgrade mine and my husbands phone and Desi took great care of us!! Made sure we left with the best plan and very happy! Come to Desi if you want the best of the best!!

I went to the Koodo store at the Seaway Mall in Welland to upgrade a phone. Amanda was extremely pleasant to deal with. Courteous and patient while explaining the difference between different makes and models available. She also helped out with current plans/add-ons with a separate line on the account. The offer to have her call us at a later time to go over some other aspects of the account was very much appreciated as well. While I was skeptical about how the experience would go, I have to say that she made it quick, simple, informative and, dare I say again, pleasant. Thank you, Amanda!!! I will be looking for you the next time there is in-house business for me to tend to!!!

Good service, customer loyalty Needs more. I've been with Telus for over 30 years. The level of loyalty and appreciation had definitely come down over the years. We have 5 lines with them, it still cannot get the activation fee waved for example. This location is clean, and looks neat and tidy. Easy to get too, and helpful staff.
