This is a lovely store If you are looking to purchase something, all the people working here are nice and very capable of selling. When it comes to anything business related they are unable to help as it is all done through phone support, which is not their fault, but is frustrating as a customer nonetheless as the phone support is mostly incapable of doing their job. Training on the policies of the store, or just clearer explanation of policies needs to be addressed. On the bottom of the receipt it states that accessory warranty claims can be done in store within 30 days. I purchased a Tuff 8 screen protector on Dec 11, 2025 and on Jan 8, 2026 I was unable to deal with the warranty for it in store. I was told that it doesn’t count as an accessory and I’d have to do it online which charges $15 to ship it to me. I paid for such an expensive screen protector to be able to have Telus handle putting it on for me and any issues with it. Turns out the brand couldn’t last a month and cracked while just being in my pocket. For accessories, the booth just down the hall does screen protectors for $15 installed.
View on GoogleMy wife and I have a Telus family plan with shareable data and it is the first time that I truly feel like I am paying a reasonable price for a great service. A truly better service than I ever received from B, we are truly impressed. Thank you Telus.
View on GoogleA Belated Review: On June 20 2024 we went into the Telus store at 800 Niagara St. at Seaway Mall in Welland , Ontario. We had been told to do this by Telus cust. serv. in order to change our SIM cards because of some error on our seniors phone plan. Cust serv. said they would refund the Sim card cost on our next bill. Ok, No problem. So, we entered the store and were greeted by a young lady and young man and they asked how they could help us. The young lady was " Kenyah " and the young man was named " Radin ".....both very nice and pleasant young people indeed. We explained why we were there and WHAM...BAM.....they both looked after putting in the new SIM cards into our phones and doing all the paperwork involved in transferring our phone plans. To our complete surprise......they managed to avoid having to charge us the fees that were going to be refunded on our next bills as per Telus cust. serv. Kenyah and Radin both worked in total efficiency and to provide the best service to their customer--and THEY DID! It was SO refreshing to deal with these two people who knew their job perfectly, and served us to the best of their ability. Their service was "second to none" and both my wife and I were VERY IMPRESSED. I highly recommend anyone to deal with Telus Mobility at the Seaway Mall and speak with Kenyah and Radin......both are a perfect 10+. Sincerely, Ralph and Trixi Cramden
View on GoogleTelus is a joke of a company as a whole. Trying to get in contact with someone from customer support on the phone took days, and when you do you can't understand what they say with such thick accents. I explained to them i had a $27 overcharge due to data roaming and loss of reception with the niagara snow storm over xmas, they only wanted to credit me $3 back.. a joke! when i declined the ridiculous offer, they said they'd give me the full amount back; only to wait another 18 days and its still not off my account... I would recommend any other provider except this one, stear clear. have been with them since 2016, but will no longer, not a good way of doing business telus, shame on you!!!
