I was helped today by a very nice gentlemen named Mohammed and he was absolutely amazing! It was for my step dad who is older and is new to technology. Mohammed was super patient and helpful. Able to explain to the older person who had to meet Kind when explaining this wonderful journey very calm and Kourtesy , insured that I was so uncomfortable and all is well. Idk if there's a good car and a bad one, and thats why the reviews are so split, or if the good reviews are fake. I was the only customer, the guy paid zero attention to me. Getting answers on anything was like pulling teeth. He basically did what I could have done at home, went on the app to see the deals. The phones weren't on tethers, just thrown on the counter so you didn't know what was what. I went there prepared to buy a phone and left with nothing. He basically went along with whatever I said, even though I KNEW what I was saying wasn't true, because I did my research. Horrible and misleading info. Basically self serve
