Came in to upgrade my phone - Telus offers the same phone, same plan, same everything - for $40 MORE a month than other providers. I cancelled my service with them after 18 years and changed providers!! Told them I would too - didn’t offer anything to keep my business. Bye!!

Very disappointed with the service - first got told they are in blackout and no returns when I was returning a phone as part of buy back. Then got told I won't get my money when the defect is clearly with the phone and nothing in control of the user. The entire experience seemed like they are there to sell and not service the customer. Ended up calling the head office.

Absolutely Fantastic Julie @ the location in St Catherine's , fantastic as is her partner in crime , they are both terrific and mad eth move from Rogers to Telus easy, efficient and cost effective.

Went into the store at Fourth Avenue today with an issue with my phone...Jason could not have been more pleasant and helpful. He fixed the issue quickly and answered a few other questions I had. Service is top notch!!!

This was my first time buying a brand new iPhone in at least 8 years. Julia was solid in getting me the same online deal that koodo was offering and making the process extremely easy and stress free. They didn’t have the phone I wanted in their store, so Julia contacted a nearby store to have it shipped to them so I could pick it up. 100/10 service and she really made the process an easy one. Would easily recommend them to anyone.
